Lived experience Youth Advocate
Arlo is a young queer person who has always been passionate about the rights of young people particularly those who have been othered by society or had experiences of disadvantage.
Arlo’s focus as a lived experience advisor and advocate is housing insecurity, mental health, and family violence. This includes the Home in Mind report and co-founding the Home Time Campaign.
They place an emphasis on using their voice and their privilege to highlight the struggles facing those of us who are not in a position to use their own voices safely.
