Gemma leads the firm’s Housing and Superannuation practices and also serves clients in the public and social sectors. At Right Lane Consulting, Gemma works closely with boards and executive teams to pursue their inspiring missions and address their toughest challenges.

She has worked in senior positions in superannuation and the labour movement for over two decades. Prior to joining Right Lane Consulting, Gemma worked at Industry Super Australia in the leadership team, responsible for stakeholder engagement and collaboration. For the first two decades of her career Gemma worked in the Trade Union movement, with senior roles at the ACTU and NTEU. She was previously a director of AustralianSuper and Industry Funds Services.

Gemma is a director of Open House Melbourne and holds a Master’s degree in Communication from RMIT, an Honours degree in Women's Studies and Politics from Monash University and is a graduate of the AICD Company Directors course.
