Shaya has 20 years’ experience working in South Australian, national and international not-for-profit communities. Having been involved in major change initiatives like NSW’s Going Home Staying Home reform, implementation of the NDIS as well as poverty reduction initiatives in developing countries, Shaya is passionate about inclusive change processes that combine deep listening and collaboration, with evidence and truth telling. She is excited to be part of a once in a generation reform opportunity and committed to working collaboratively with Toward Home Alliance partners, staff, clients and the greater community and homelessness service sector, to draw on the collective wisdom of those with lived experience and work toward preventing and ending homelessness.
