Tina Ugle is a proud Noongar Yorga (Woman) of Ballardong heritage with Wadjuk connections in Perth, WA. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aboriginal Community Management & Development and brings over 30 years of expertise in the Indigenous housing sector.
As Managing Director of Noongar Mia Mia—the only Tier 3 Aboriginal community housing provider in the Perth metropolitan area—Tina drives culturally led initiatives such as the Moorditj Mia Housing First program and the Booloo Bidee Tenancy Support Program.
Tina serves on several peak bodies, including:
• Director, NATSIHA
• Director, Shelter WA
• Director, Homelessness Australia
She also contributes to the Department of Communities’ Housing First Homelessness Advisory Group and is a committee member of the WA Alliance to End Homelessness. Tina is dedicated to ensuring Aboriginal voices are not only heard but prioritized, championing sustainable, culturally appropriate housing solutions for all Aboriginal people.
